It's s right git of a job! One bolt from the top, but it's under the thermostat housing and is invisible. The other 2 from the bottom, one is easy on the bottom of the starter, the other is invisible over the top - I never managed to get this one out on my 307, despite about 3 tries! you need a 6mm allen on an extension of just the right length slid in over the starter but below the solenoid.
Locate mounting bolts to tensioner and remove, replace with NEW tensioner tighten bolts then use wrench arc torque about 15 degrees should snug it down, reroute belt then using 15mm pull tensioner to either side of belt to install belt in correct route. Remove all tools and body parts from engine bay.

Here is a a guide that will give you an idea on what it will take to get the problem fixed with diagram below for your car.
Secure the wheels with chocks. Step 2. Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. Use wheel impact socket #17. Step 3. Raise the front of the car and secure on supports. Step 4. Unscrew the wheel bolts. Replacement: front lower arm – CITROËN C4 I (LC_).
